Small enough that the person who answers the telephone is the person who will hand you the key, and probably the person who made the bed. Each of the five below is responsible for something this website says out loud.
Innkeeper and owner
Alma bought the house in 2011 with her brother and spent a year finding out what a 1926 building hides. She sets the rates, which is why /why-the-rate-changes.html reads the way it does, and she does the Sunday breakfast service because she thinks an owner who never cooks stops noticing things. She will tell you which room she would not put you in.

Head of housekeeping
Desmond has run housekeeping since 2016 and is the reason the towel policy is what it is. He argued for changing linen on request rather than daily on the grounds that nobody at home changes a sheet every morning, and then wrote down what a proper turnaround actually involves so the claim could be checked. Breakfast cook
Ana cooks breakfast five mornings a week and the Thursday supper when it runs. She is in at half past five, takes the bread delivery, and is the person who decides that the fruit is not good enough this week and something else goes out instead. The preserves are hers and she makes them in September.

Front desk manager
Theo runs the desk and the arrivals board. If you have been told a room is not available on a particular night, he is the reason that is a fact rather than a tactic — there are fifteen rooms in this building and no more. He is also the person who will tell you honestly whether the front rooms will be too loud for you.

Events and reservations
Priya handles every space hire and every whole-house enquiry personally and would rather talk you out of the Long Room than sell you four hours in a room that is wrong for what you are doing. She started at the desk in 2018 and still covers it on Saturdays.

These five people do not exist. This is a demonstration site for a fictional business, and the portraits above were generated rather than photographed. On a real build of this site they would be the actual staff, which is the point of the page: a small property's team page is the one that converts, because a guest is choosing a house rather than a brand.
Between the nine of us: English, Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese. Not everybody is on every shift, so if you need a particular one, telephone and ask when that person is working rather than turning up and hoping.
Fifteen rooms · breakfast included · no lift
Give the form the night you arrive, the morning you leave and how many of you there are. It checks every night of the range rather than the first one, prices each night on its own and shows you the arithmetic before you type a name. If a night in the middle is full it says so and offers you the ranges nearby that do work.
