We have no awards to list and no rating to quote, because this is a demonstration site for a business that does not exist, and because a rating is a thing a real inn earns rather than prints. What follows is what a press page is actually for: the facts a writer needs and the pictures they may use.
The facts
- Fifteen rooms across six types, in a brick house built in 1926
- Opened as an inn in 2012; the building was a family home and then four apartments before that
- Breakfast is cooked on site and included in every rate
- Two rooms for private gatherings, seating twenty-four and thirty
- Nine people work here, five of them full time
- Two minutes on foot from a station served by the 7 train and the Long Island Rail Road
What is not on this page
No award, no rating, no star classification and no "as featured in". A rating is issued by somebody else and a property that prints one it was not given is doing the one thing a press page must not do. If this were a real inn and it had won something, it would say what, who gave it and in which year, and you would be able to check all three.

Every photograph on this website was generated rather than taken, because the building does not exist. They are free to reproduce alongside anything written about this demonstration, and they should be described as generated images rather than as photographs of a hotel.

Check availability
Give the form the night you arrive, the morning you leave and how many of you there are. It checks every night of the range rather than the first one, prices each night on its own and shows you the arithmetic before you type a name. If a night in the middle is full it says so and offers you the ranges nearby that do work.
